As a foundation we develop talent in people who have the motivation and ability, but flourish with the right support — including people with physical or mental limitations and barriers to employment. We reduce social isolation, build capacity, and grow skills for work and self-reliance. We also reuse and repair equipment for social goals. What we retain from high-quality ICT projects is invested in guidance and our statutory purpose. One assignment serves three interests at once: yours as a client, ours as a foundation, and those of the people in sustainable roles. We are honest — if something is outside our scope, we refer you on — and we do not stop until you are satisfied.
That's why we're a foundation: the work we do for you funds training and real jobs for young people and adults facing barriers to employment.
